Banana Bread



BANANA SOUR CREAM BREAD

2/3 c. butter

1 1/3 c. sugar

2 eggs

1 1/2 c. mashed bananas

2 3/4 c. sifted flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 c. sour cream


1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

2. Add eggs, beating well after each one.

3. Add mashed bananas.

4. Add the sifted dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream.

5. Pour into 2 greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
